Leading from the sitting room, the spacious kitchen is well equipped with a gas cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwashing machine and all the necessary utensils. A washing machine is situated on the ground floor.
An archway leads from the sitting room to the bedrooms - one double with private en-suite shower room, and two twins which can share the family bathroom which has both a bath and a shower.
Outside, the private swimming pool and surrounding terrace bask in the sunshine from breakfast time until early evening, whilst the terraces at the front and back of the house offer sun or shade as required throughout the day. From the terrace at the back of the villa, the inlet of Cala Moli can be glimpsed through the pine trees - as can the view of the Mediterranean beyond the entrance to the port of Addaia.
Sun loungers and occasional tables and chairs are all provided, as is a large dining table seating up to twelve.
This lovely villa is situated on the North East coast of the Balearic island of Minorca, in Addaia. It is one of the quieter parts of the island, but within 10 minutes drive of some of the best beaches Minorca has to offer. Within a five minute walk there are bars, shops and restaurants, as well as the port of Addaia itself. The Villa is a 25 minute drive from Mahon airport and although there are good taxi and bus services to Addaia, we would advise hiring a car to make the most of this beautiful island.
Villa Jenni is a large family house spread over two floors—each of which is an identical three bedroom apartment with its own large living room, fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms, one family bathroom and one en suite bathroom. The villa has a private oval swimming pool and two extensive terraces as well as a balcony that wraps around two sides of the upper floor. At the back of the villa there is an outdoor kitchen with a traditional built-in barbecue, sink and food prep area, and a large marble dining table - perfect for warm evenings.
